Why Did My Order Arrive in Multiple Packages?
We work with multiple fulfillment partners and print-on-demand warehouses to ensure the fastest delivery possible. This means your items may arrive in separate packages if they’re coming from different locations or if part of your order is delayed due to high demand. We ship what's ready first to avoid unnecessary wait times.

When Will My Order Arrive?
Each piece is made to order, so please allow a little extra time for processing and delivery.

  • U.S. Orders: Estimated delivery within 1–5 weeks

  • International Orders: Estimated delivery within 1–6 weeks

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing. We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

What If My Order Gets Lost or Delayed?
We’ve got you covered. All orders are shipped with tracking. In the rare case that your order is lost, stuck at customs, or returned to sender, we’ll work with you to ship out a replacement when possible. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more details.

Will I Be Charged Customs, Duties, or Taxes?
All prices on our site are listed in USD and tax-free. Depending on your country’s import policies, you may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, or local taxes upon delivery. These charges are not covered by Loner’s BLVD and are the buyer’s responsibility. For exact rates, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
