Damages and issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you. Email us at customersupport@lonersblvd.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds/Exchanges

Because every piece is made to order just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference reasons — so please double-check the size chart before ordering.
